About Our Plants
What makes your perennials special?
Our herbaceous perennials like Achillea, Geranium, and Penstemon are specially selected for their hardiness and ability to withstand shipping while maintaining excellent garden performance. We focus on varieties that establish quickly and often bloom in their first season.
Do your plants come with care instructions?
Yes! Every shipment includes detailed planting guidance to ensure a seamless transition to your garden. Our instructions cover planting depth, spacing, sunlight requirements, and initial care tips for each variety.
Why don’t you ship to Asia or certain remote regions?
Due to international plant health regulations and the challenges of maintaining plant quality during extended transit times to these areas, we currently limit our shipping to regions where we can guarantee our 98% arrival success rate.

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen method:

How are plants packaged for shipping?
We use climate-smart packaging with specialized materials to protect roots and foliage during transit. Our gardening team hand-selects and prepares each plant with care before shipping from our Weatherby, Missouri nursery.

Absolutely! You’ll receive detailed tracking updates from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Returns & Guarantees
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your perennials arrive damaged or fail to thrive, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue for assistance.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes, we typically offer replacements for plants that arrive damaged or don’t establish properly. In cases where replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund. Please note we don’t refund original shipping costs unless the error was ours.
