The true major rosea form of Astrantia – the original stock came from plantswoman Margery Fish.  The pale pink pincushion flowers make a wonderful show during summer and will attract bees and other beneficial insects to your garden.  Perfect for planting in groups or weaving through the border, they also cut and dry well for floral displays.

The plants are happiest in part shade in a moisture retentive soil.  Once you have had the plants for about 3 years, it is advisable to split them.
