Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our herbaceous perennials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your email:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any additional photos needed (for damaged items)

Step 3: Package Your Return

Please repackage the plants securely in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement plants once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment
  • If the exchange results in a higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health of our plants and customers’ gardens, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Personalized or special order items
  • Plants showing signs of improper care after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged plants and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
